aaahh, what just happened?
Okay, so my tip for the week, possibly the month... do not rent UltraViolet. Don't. Just don't. No. Watched it last night. I have no idea what we watched. It certaintly wasn't a movie, you know, with like a plot, storyline, character development, good action or fight scenes, cool futuristic stuff. None of that. The only thing I enjoyed was how her clothes changed colour. That's it. Not even the three seconds of the movie where Mila is naked makes UltraViolet worth renting. I thought maybe it was just me, but when Marcus says half way through the movie, "I feel like my soul has been tainted", you know it's bad. I personally got a stomach ach. And we couldn't bring ourselves to eat the ice cream we bought at sev 'cause we didn't want to ruin perfectly delicious ice cream. So, ya, don't rent it and especially don't rent it with someone unless you're trying to run them off from your life.

yeah, it is saying a lot, I have watched the dregs of movies... another one for the Triad of Crap for sure. Though Teens has to confirm this fact, so Tina, please go rent Ultraviolet, watch it, and confirm that it is Triad of Crap worthy. (Yes I know the Triad now has more than three movies in it.)
I say it qualifies, it has martial arts ( sort of ) and vampires ( sort of ) and ninjas ( sort of ). Honestly, at certain points in the movie it would make more sense to have Yoda fly in and use the force, or for Neo to just appear and do something in bullet time. Serious... argh, 88 minutes I'll never get back!
uuuummmm, I deny your claim! I'm pretty sure I saw this one with Mr Brown, and don't recall hating it. Admittedly, it was at the time a most welcome respite from all things rational, real, and pressing.
Plus, Mila! come on! you have to interperet the whole thing into Icelandic, like Bjork, to fully appreciate it's subtlety. Like those peole who eat really really smelly cheese. you know, one guy's lump of rotton milk is another guy's dairy fantasy come true.....

Oh, no way. I love Mila, but like, what the hell? That sums up the movie for me..."what the hell?" indeed. I like smelly cheese, but next time they should have something more than just Mila trying to carry the movie. Now if Bruce Willis had been in UltraViolet or possibly even Vin Diesel...no it still would have utterly sucked. Eight Legged Freaks rocks after seeing UltraViolet.
I remember liking it to. But cannot recall the details. Tina mentioned good popcorn and I remember a blue slush. I do believe we need to watch someone kicking ass and looking good. I admit it's not a movie I need to own but I didn't want my money back. But then again I liked the Notebook and Red Dirt. Ask Tina! long story. Underworld II was good maybe try that next time.
It was certainly no 'Snakes On A Plane'.
